F1 Yazılım, belediyelere çözüm sunmanın yanı sıra, belediyelerin hizmet kalitesini yükseltmek amacıyla vatandaşın da hayatını kolaylaştıracak çözümler üretiyor. Bu amaçla geliştirilen İmar Durumu uygulaması ile seçilen veya sorgulanan bir parselin geçerli uygulama imar planındaki yapılaşma bilgilerini internet harita sunucusu ile yayımlıyoruz.

F1 Yazılım’ ın coğrafi ve sözel bilgileri bütünleştirme uygulamalarından biri olan İmar Durumu ile vatandaş imar planı üzerinde gezinti yapma, ada-parsel bilgilerini kullanarak yapılaşma bilgilerini görüntüleme, imar durumu şablonunda ölçekli çıktı alabilme imkanları sunulmaktadır.

CBS projelerinin ülkemizdeki en popüler uygulamalarından biri olan Web üzerinden otomatik imar durumu uygulaması ESRI teknolojisi kullanılarak geliştirilmiştir.
